FIN 425 -- Certificate of Exemption - Children's Clothing and Footwear.
Having paid the PST, you can apply to us for a refund by completing an Application for Refund – General (FIN 355) and provide the supporting documentation listed in the instructions to the form.
Please note that the ministry cannot issue a refund of less than $10 (does not have to be a single purchase/transaction – you may retain your receipts until you meet this threshold) and your refund claim must be received by us within four years of the date the PST was paid.
