Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No you can come in at anytime. It is best to arrive at least one hr before closing. This way we can give you all the attention required for your consignment
Q: Who sets the price?
A: We work with you to help set a reasonable price. If you don't have a price in mind we can suggest one.
Q: How old do I have to be to consign an item?
A: You must be 18yrs or older with a valid drivers liscence.
Q: How do I check to see if my item/s have sold?
A: Just call us or come on in and ask. All we require is either the yellow copy of the contract or your last name to check your account. We don't call you when your item sells.It is up to you to monitor your item/s.
Q: How often should I check on my item?
A: Every two - three weeks
Q: How do I collect my funds?
A:You must come in person to collect your money. We don't mail cheques.
Q:How long do I have to collect my funds?
A: You have one year from the time your item sells to pick up funds as outlined in the contract.

A: The item maybe donated , thrown out or absorbed into our inventory.

A: Yes we do, provided the item/s are sellable in our store. We will take your donation and if the item sells ,we will apply those funds to our charitable donation "North Shore Youth Unlimited" or "Vancouver Adaptive Sports".
